• Botanical garden tours
From Munduk Moding Plantation you will first see the beautiful twin lake of Buyan and Tamblingan before arriving at the edge of third lake named Beratan. There, you will visit the famous Ulun danu temple (head of the lake temple) which was built in the 17th century and is located on the shore of the lake. Within a short driving distance, you will arrive at the traditional Bedugul market with its fruits, vegetables and flower sellers. The trip then takes you to Bali’s only botanical gardens with a plethora of trees and plants, in particular wild orchids.
This tour can be combined with a visit to Jatiluwih village, one of bali’s most beautiful rice terraces to make it a full day tour.

• Banjar hot spring and Buddhist temple tours
Passing some villages where seemingly unending rice paddies lie like a green carpet, driving through plantations with tropical fruit trees, such as rambutan, durian, mango or manggosteen, you will arrive at the Buddhist temple where a tour around the temple is taken. Then we will take you to a hot spring, where you can relax and soak your limbs. When you think that you have spent enough time at the hot spring, where the water is believed to contain healing minerals, we will head back to Munduk Moding Plantation via a different scenic route.

. • Lovina beach and Dolphin tour
Early in the morning at 4 A.M, you will be transferred from Munduk Moding Plantation to Lovina beach where you will board a local fishing boat to see the attractive dolphin pods. Although sightings cannot be guaranteed, you will typically spot a great many dolphins within half an hour. Munduk Moding Plantation provides a snack and you will subsequently brunch in Lovina.

• GITGIT WATERFALL AND SINGARAJA’S WATERFRONT HARBOUR
Visit a 40 meter high waterfall in Gitgit village and a historical port in North Bali. Singaraja was the capital of Bali under Dutch administration and there are many remnants of Dutch colonial style. Singaraja also offers some very interesting places to see such as Gedung kertya, museum and library which is the only museum in the world which has much lontar collection, Singaraja central market and ling gwan kiong Chinese temple, the beautifully constructed klenteng. You will visit all these places on your trip and enjoy a beachfront lunch allowing you to feast on seafood.
• NEIGHBORHOOD VILLAGES TOUR
A short tour to neighborhood villages will give you the possibility to enjoy the unspoiled environment of Munduk Moding Plantation, hardly touched by tourism. This trip will allow you to see crops such as coffee, clove, cocoa. and visit rice paddies, palm grooves and some small villages.

We are happy to arrange tours further afield, including diving at Menjangan island, visits to Ubud, Amed and other places of interest on the island. We can also arrange green fees at Bali Hadara Kosaido golf course (Bali's premier golf course situated in the crater of an extinct volcano). Please come and discuss with the duty officer who will be happy to advise you and make enquiries on your behalf.
We also offer cooking classes, painting lessons, yoga classes as well as instruction in Balinese Gamelan and palm leaf creation. These courses are given at Munduk Moding Plantation by outside specialists who need to be notified a day in advance.
