Bali and China have a long harmonious cultural relationship. Entrepreneurial Chinese traders settled early on the Island and Chinese coins have been circulating in Bali from the 7th and 8th century AD.These coins are still used by Balinese on special occasions such as birthdays, weddings and cremation ceremonies. This package will give you a deeper understanding of this relationship while allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature of the central hills and lakes of Bali.

Second day Breakfast at MiMPi Restaurant Tour to Batu Meringgit Temple which literary means Serrated-Rock Temple. The locals believe that this 3000 years old temple is the oldest archaeological remains which was constructed by people of a pre-Hindu megalith culture. They are the descendants of The Dongson culture from Southern China. This site has been looked after by Hindu people since 1480. Afterwards proceed to Bali Treetop Park to have fun. There are many options to pass through the canopy on slides, swings and bridges – you will be well protected and you can choose the challenge level “that suits you best (for more information visit: www.balitreetop.com).
This park, situated in the caldera of an extinct volcano, is actually part of Bali’s botanical gardens. We recommend that you also visit the gardens since there are many exotic flowers and plants that are indigenous to Bali and the Indonesian isles which you should not miss. A picnic lunch box will be provided. Return to MMP.
Third day Breakfastat our resort Transport to Tamblingan Lake’s parking area and then cross the lake by traditional dugout canoe to visit Endek Temple. The locals believe that Chinese and Balinese built this ancient temple together 2000 years ago. This is a great opportunity for you to breath the fresh air and relax on the lake (set in the caldera of an extinct volcano). Set lunch at MIMPi Restaurant Transfer out to the airport or anywhere in Bali |
